GSP keeps the Clemson arrival closest

Most fly-in trips use Greenville-Spartanburg, rent a car, and approach Clemson through Greenville, Easley, or Anderson. Atlanta and Charlotte can work for bigger trips, but they turn arrival day into a longer drive.

GSP plus a rental car gives the cleanest Clemson arrival. Road-trippers usually come through I-85, Greenville, Anderson, or Easley before the final US 123 approach toward campus and Lake Hartwell. Atlanta and Charlotte can make sense when flights are better, but they add real drive time.
