From I-85, Clemson's main visitor route uses Exit 19B, Highway 76/28 west, and Highway 93 south toward campus. GSP is approximately one hour away by car; Atlanta and Charlotte are each about two and a half hours away.

Fly through GSP

Clemson identifies GSP as the nearest international airport, approximately one hour away by car. A rental car remains useful for the Botanical Garden, Lake Hartwell, Pendleton, and hotels outside downtown.

Use the university's I-85 approach

For the university's main visitor approach, take I-85 Exit 19B, follow Highway 76/28 west for about 12 miles, then take Highway 93 south toward campus.

Separate gameday parking

Ordinary visitor permits do not cover home football weekends. Use the current Clemson Athletics and university parking instructions for the specific event instead of relying on a weekday campus map.
